Description:

Media stream is restored after media loss:

  • call (VOX/media record session) information

 

Alert attributes:

User id (OID: .200.15): <Recorded user>
Call id (OID: .200.5): <CDR unique id>

Cause

The recorder service restores from a previously detected media loss state when it received no media or it received media with significant packet loss.

Resolution

No further action needed.
