Represents call forwarding types.

Based on these types, calls can be labeled as how 3rd party entities answered them.

Members

Member variables of the entity:

Member	Type	Description
id	Integer	Unique ID of the record.
idStr	String	Human-readable unique string key of the record. This value can be used to identify the forward type.
name	String	Human-readable name of the forward type.
