CyberTwice eRecorder HD

CyberTwice is a young RegTech company with a long history and is there to help financial firms to be compliant with MIFIDII in the most effective, affordable, secure and scalable way with the eRecorder HD, Cloud Based Mobile Voice Recording and MMA (MIFIDII Media Archiver) solutions.

The eRecorder HD is a 3rd generation Cloud Based solution installed in the Core Network of the (Mobile) Network Operator. Financial firms are able to take Mobile Voice Recording as a Service from the Network Operator without the need of swapping SIM cards, installing special Apps and or the investment in non-compliant fixed mobile integrations.

For more information on the solution, refer to the CyberTwice website at https://www.cybertwice.com/

Verba integrates with the CyberTwice servers that are deployed on the customer's site.

For a general description of Verba Import sources, please refer to Import sources.

All CyberTwice supported voice formats are supported by Verba as well.

Recording is supported for the following modalities:

  • Voice

Creating a CyberTwice storage target (optional)

The CyberTwice data can be accessed in two different ways in Verba, depending on the import configuration.

  • #1 Importing the metadata of calls and requesting the media directly from the CyberTwice servers at the time of playback
  • #2 Importing the metadata and the media of calls and playing back directly from the Verba storage locations

The "Leave Files on the Import Source Location" checkbox will determine which will be used. Please refer to the configuration reference in the next section.
