Description

The Server Capacity report shows information about the number, length and size of the recorded conversations and peak concurrent calls grouped by Recording Servers.

Filter options

UserOnly the selected user's information will be displayed.
GroupOnly information of users belonging to the selected group(s) will be displayed.
ServerOnly the selected server(s) information will be displayed.
ModalityOnly the selected modality will be taken into account.
SizeOnly those files will be taken into account where their size meets this filter.
LengthOnly those files will be taken into account where their length meets this filter.
