The Verint Capture for Microsoft Teams - Recording Controls Application, is a native Microsoft Teams Application that allows privileged Microsoft Teams users to control compliance recording, by starting and or stopping the VFC Compliance Recorder.
The standard Microsoft Teams recording integration enables VFC to record all user participation in Microsoft Teams calls and meetings, for additional information please refer to Microsoft Teams. However, some organizations have a policy or regulatory need to allow certain users should to control recording. In these environments, a Recorded Microsoft Teams user may be required to ask for permission to record, or alternatively a Recorded Microsoft Teams user may be required to stop recording during a conversation. In both instances the recording must be archived within the Compliance Recorder.
Verint have developed a native Microsoft Teams Application to control VFC Compliance Recording, the VFC Record Teams Application can be made available to privileged users within the organization's Microsoft Teams Application Catalogue, the VFC Record Teams Application can be used on Desktop and Mobile Devices.

Verba user permissions are applied for the users. The conversation access scope is applied for the search result. The logged in user will able to see only the assigned conversations. If the user is a group supervisor the same access rules are applied as on the Verba Web Application.
For playback, the user's role has to have 'Play Conversation' permission.
For ongoing list, the user's role has to have 'List Ongoing Conversation' permission
