Conversation participant list

The system keeps track of conference participants.

In the top of the Conversation details window Conversation participants are shown with:

  • name

  • role

  • start of participation

  • end of participation

  • duration

  • end cause

In certain cases, a conference conversation is not stored in the system as a single conversation. For example, if the host is not a recorded user, only certain participants, then only those parts of the conference will be recorded, when that participant is part of the conversation. This way each participant can have a record of the part when they were in the conversation. This is sometimes necessary for security reasons.
