Database Summary
The administrator and the system administrators are able to view database summary information by clicking on the System / Database / Database Summary menu item.
Users summary
The following table describes the available summary fields:

Number of System Administrators | Number of Administrator level users. |
Number of Group Administrators | Number of Group Administrator level users. |

Number of Agents | Number of Agent level users. |
Groups summary

Call statistics summary
Press the Start Query button to start generating the given section.
The query execution time depends on the size of the database. Do not start each query at one time to avoid the unwanted load on the server.
