Step 1 - Make a test call

Step 2 - Add a custom label to this call (for example "retention policy test")

Managing Labels

Step 3 - Create a new Data Retention Policy with the similar settings as your existing policy, except the followings:

Filter for the label you previously added to the test call
Set the "Converations older than" filter to 0-5 minutes.

Step 4 - Save the new retention policy and check the results.
