Description:
Verba Microsoft Teams Bot Service has overloaded at <HOSTNAME>. Number of reported overloaded calls: <NUM_OF_CALLS> out of: <TOTAL_NUM_OF_CALLS>

Cause

This alert is generated if the Microsoft Teams Bot service identifies that the number of overloaded calls is exceeding the permitted amount out of the total number of the currently handled calls. The service considers a call overloaded if the amount of RTP packets produced by the Microsoft Media Platform (MP) is less than the expected 50 packets per second, and the difference between the sent and expected amount of packets is bigger than the configured limit.

The default amount of permitted overloaded calls is 5%.

Resolution

If this alert is generated with the Microsoft Teams Bot Service: Bot health: Normal alert , then the service overload was temporary.

However, if you do not receive the Bot health: Normal alert, please contact Verint support and provide the teamsbot.log file from the server on which the Teams Bot service is running. The file is available in the APPLICATION_FOLDER\log folder.
