Description:
Connection lost to Redis Load Balancer Cache:
<REDIS_CONNECTION_STATE>

Cause

This alert is generated if the Microsoft Teams Bot service lost its connection to the Azure Cache for Redis service.

Resolution

If this alert is generated with the https://verbalabs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/docs/pages/840335375, then the connection loss was temporary.

However, if you do not receive the Load balancer cache connection up alert, please contact Verint support and provide the teamsbot.log file from the server on which the Teams Bot service is running. The file is available in the APPLICATION_FOLDER\log folder.
