Cause

This alert is generated if the Microsoft Teams Bot service successfully connected to the Azure Cache for Redis service.

Resolution

No further action needed.

However, if you receive this alert with the Microsoft Teams Bot Service: Load balancer cache connection down alert regularly, please contact Verint support and provide the teamsbot.log file from the server on which the Teams Bot service is running. The file is available in the APPLICATION_FOLDER\log folder.
