Description:
Outbound HTTP request failed target Url is not available.

Cause

This alert is generated if the Microsoft Teams Bot service cannot send an outbound HTTP request to a URL after the configured amount of retries. The default number of retries is five.

Resolution

If you receive this alert, please contact Verint support and provide the teamsbot.log file from the server on which the Teams Bot service is running. The file is available in the APPLICATION_FOLDER\log folder.
