Description:

IPC zone (zone_url) is now considered dead due to CTI connection loss since xxx seconds, terminating all turret instances.

Alert attributes:

Cause

Neither CDR, nor trader event CTI subscription can be established, which means that the connection with the IPC zone is lost or could not be reestablished in reasonable time.

Resolution

Check the health state of the IPC zone and check the network connectivity between the IPC deployment and VFC.
