Cause

This alert is generated if the recorder service cannot communicate with the Cisco UCM JTAPI provider.

Resolution

If you receive this alert, verify that:

  • the network connections between the server raising the alert and the Cisco UCM nodes running the JTAPI providers are intact,

  • the API credentials are valid, and the user is not expired or deactivated in Cisco UCM.
