Cause

This alert is generated if the Speech Analytics service cannot connect to the Communications Analytics (formerly Intelligent Voice) server.

Resolution

If you receive this alert, verify that:

  • the API URL in the corresponding Data Processor configuration is correct,

  • the Communications Analytics server is running, and

  • the network connection between VFC and the Communications Analytics server is intact.
