This alert is generated if the recorder service cannot communicate with the Verizon CDR API service or receives an unexpected response.

Resolution

If you receive this alert, verify that:

• the network connection between the server raising the alert and the Verizon CDR API service is intact, and

• the API credentials are valid and are not expired.
