Downloading Communications Analytics (formerly Intelligent Voice) transcripts

Verint Communications Analytics (formerly Intelligent Voice) transcripts associated with conversations can be downloaded from the Player.

Prerequisites

Your system must have one of the following licenses enabled:

  • Verint FC Communications Profiling Speech Advanced, or

  • Verint FC Communications Risk Profiling Speech

Procedure

  1. Open a conversation with a transcript in the Player.

  2. Open the Transcript tab.

  3. Select the image (5).png  download transcript button.

  4. (Optional) The download button creates the file for the transcript that is being viewed on the screen. If your system is configured to translate transcripts, then select the Show Original or Show Translated button above the transcript and repeat step 3 to download the other version of the transcript.

The transcript file is downloaded to the location configured in your browser settings. The filename is in the format of YYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM-SS_report-Transcript.pdf.
