The Verba Gadget for Cisco Finesse is separated into two main section, Ongoing, and Search.

The Ongoing section lists the currently accessible conversations.

The Search page lists the already recorded conversations.

Ongoing Conversations

The ongoing list shows the currently recorded conversations assigned to the logged in user. In the case of supervisors, the user will see the accessible conversations on the list. 

The ongoing page provides recording functionalities.

Supported recording controls:

Search and Retrieve

Name	Value	Description
From Date	2016-12-01	The start date of the search interval. The field only accepts yyyy-MM-dd format.
To Date	2017-01-24	The end date of the search interval. The field only accepts yyyy-MM-dd format.
Extension	1234	The recorded extension
User	User Name	The recorded user's name. It has to be a Verba User.
		Executes a search query for the last 24 hours without any other criteria. The end date of the interval is the current date and time.
		Executes a search query for the last 7 days without any other criteria. The end date of the interval is the current date and time.

View Conversations

The voice and IM conversation can be viewed in the gadget's Conversation Details menu. The menucan be opened by clicking on the search result's row.

When you open a conversation in the Conversation Details menu, you can see the following conversation metadata:

• Start time: The start date and time of the conversation.
• End time: The end date and time of the conversation.
• Duration: The duration of the conversation.
• From: The calling party.
• To: The called party.

When you open an IM conversation, you can also see the list of messages, detailing the message content, who sent the message, who received it, and when the message was sent.
